As we discussed on a recent radio show, brain fitness websites are now popping up all over. Since the popular video game brain age took off a few years back, brain fitness has not become very popular. The best site that I have found for this is Lumosity. The “games” really do help your memory as well as keeping your mind fit. Exercise for the brain is just as important as exercise for your body.

I am sorry for the delay in posting and especially in getting out new podcasts.  Being Mr. Mom has really took a toll on my work.  I am hoping to get out new podcasts shortly.  They are all recorded, I just have to get them ready to go.  I think I have 5 recorded.
