As all lucid dream experts know, one of the best ways to program a lucid dream is to read about it before you go to sleep at night. As we discussed on a recent radio show, brain fitness websites are now popping up all over. Since the popular video game brain age took off a few years back, brain fitness has not become very popular. The best site that I have found for this is Lumosity

I am sorry for the delay in posting and especially in getting out new podcasts. Being Mr. Mom has really took a toll on my work. I am hoping to get out new podcasts shortly. They are all recorded, I just have to get them ready to go. I think I have 5 recorded.
